OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-1382, dated 18 June 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked a licence to carry out compulsory insurance of civil liability of the owner of a hazardous object for inflicting damage as a result of an accident at the hazardous object from the public joint-stock company - Railway Insurance Company Zhasko (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1595).

This decision is taken due to the exclusion of the open joint-stock company - Railway Insurance Company Zhasko (a new name is the public joint-stock company - Railway Insurance Company Zhasko) from the National Union of Liability Insurers (minutes of the meeting of the Presidium of the National Union of Liability Insurers No. 69 of 13 August 2014) which served as a ground for restricting the licence to carry out compulsory insurance of civil liability of the owner of a hazardous object for inflicting damage as a result of an accident at the hazardous object (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3258, dated 19 November 2014) and not regaining membership in the National Union of Liability Insurers. The decision becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
