As indicated in our 2014 Annual Report and Accounts, there are to be branding changes for some of the operating businesses of EMIS Group to emphasise the Group's ongoing commitment to helping clinicians to join up patient care.  This rebranding includes the launch of a new, integrated single EMIS Health brand to bring all of our software businesses together. There will be no impact on EMIS Group's segmental financial reporting as a result of these changes.

EMIS Group will continue to primarily be used for shareholders and the investment community but also for centralised Group functions like recruitment, contracts and finance.  Its dedicated web-site will be www.emisgroupplc.com.

EMIS Health will, from 24 June 2015, include all our software businesses (Ascribe, Digital Healthcare, EMIS, Indigo 4 and Rx Systems) covering Primary Care, Community, Children's and Mental Health, Community Pharmacy and Secondary & Specialist Care. The new website will be www.emishealth.com.

Patient will retain its widely respected brand that attracts 18 million unique visitors a month and is now relocated to www.patient.info to facilitate international awareness.

Egton will also retain its brand as it provides products and services not only to customers across the EMIS Group but also to the retail, educational and legal markets as well as competitors in the healthcare market.

EMIS Carewill be adopted by Medical Imaging for the provision of healthcare screening later in 2015.
