AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following a resolution of the state labor inspector for Zhambyl region of Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2015 AK Altynalmas was imposed "an administrative sanction in form of a warning for an administrative violation infringing on individual rights in accordance with part 4 of article 93 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
