ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, announces that it will exhibit a new series of Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Modules at Laser World of Photonics, Hall B3 Booth 301.

At 19mm in diameter, the Fiber PRO Laser has been designed as a compact fiber-coupled laser diode module offering an ideal solution for applications such as DNA sequencing, particle analysis, flow cytometry, medical imaging, inspection and metrology.

The Fiber Pro Laser provides stable output power from precision alignment of optics and laser diode.  The module is available with a single mode fiber and diffraction limited output for superior beam quality. Protective jacket options of 3mm or 9mm are available. The output end of the fiber is offered with standard connector (ST, FC, LC) options, or an output collimator with factory set beam size (collimated or focused).

The Fiber Pro Laser is available in a range of wavelengths including 405nm, 488nm, 520nm, 635nm, 639nm, 780nm and 830nm. Electronic options include analogue and digital modulation.
