National Bank approves report on results of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia shares offering in period from October 19, 2014 to April 18, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 12, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approves report on results of offering of the bank's shares from October 19, 2014 to April 18, 2015;
- no shares of the bank were offered in the said period, as of April 18, 2015 5,160,886 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced; its share capital equals KZT51,500,000,932.00.
