Located on Sea Island near the Canada Line Templeton Station, this long-awaited shopping destination will feature the best European and North American luxury, premium and lifestyle brands, at year-round savings of up to 70 per cent. 

YVR anticipates an increase in vehicle traffic to Sea Island, particularly over the first several weekends of operation, as both passengers and regional shoppers visit the Designer Outlet Centre(Thursdays to Sundays, during store hours).

To prepare, we have developed a comprehensive transportation plan to address additional vehicle traffic, limit impacts to airport operations and maintain the safety of all visitors and employees. The plan includes alternate routes, additional parking locations and the use of shuttles.

Shoppers can help by following these tips:

  • Take the Canada Line and maximize your shopping time! Ride the train from Richmond or Vancouver to Templeton Station, a four-minute walk from the Designer Outlet Centre. Encourage your friends and family to do the same! 
  • Expect limited parking at the Designer Outlet Centre, particularly during the first few weekends of operation. 
  • If you are driving, anticipate extra congestion on main roadways to YVR from Vancouver and Richmond, and leave extra time - particularly during peak weekend days. 
  • Please observe posted signage, and follow all driving and parking instructions provided by traffic management personnel around the Centre.
Designer Outlet Centre Hours of Operation: 
  • Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. 
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
