GDF SUEZ reports on Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on July 29
OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2015. The Meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday decided to convene an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to change the corporate name of GDF SUEZ SA and adopt ENGIE as the company’s new name to be consistent with the new name of the Group.
The Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting will be held at 12 pm, July 29, 2015, at the Pavillon d’Armenonville, Paris 16th arrondissement.
The notice of meeting will soon be posted online at the Website of the Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Notices (Bulletin des Annonces légales Obligatoires – “BALO”) and on the Group’s Internet site.
