Directors General of IAEA and Rosatom signed the agreement on transit of low-enrichment uranium via territory of the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan

OREANDA-NEWS.The agreement on transit of low-enrichment uranium to the IAEA Bank of low-enrichment uranium in the Republic of Kazakhstan was signed on Thursday "on the premises" of Sankt-Petersburg International Economic Forum.

By information from a correspondent of Interfax the agreement was signed by Mr. Yukiya Amano, IAEA Director General and Mr. Sergey Kirienko, Director General of Rosatom.
