The participants - which are the representatives of the leading professions of separate divisions and subdivisions of the company- are willing to get the title "Best in Profession", "Best in Shift", "Best Crew", "The Best Squad." The results of the competition will also be summed up for the right to be called "Best Engineer", "Best Team (crew, squad, team)," "Best Crew of Belorusneft Filling Station".

The contests and competitions among the most qualified representatives of multi-thousand Belarusian oil workers have been held for 19 times. In total this year there will be held 40 competitions.
