OREANDA-NEWS. Active introduction of new technologies and development of digital systems of information transmission and switching have led to a significant increase in the role of synchronization systems in telecommunication networks.

In June 2015, the newest equipment of Cesuim primary reference clock (PRC) Oscilloquartz was installed on RUE Beltelecom network.

Today there are secondary reference clocks (SRC) produced by Oscilloquartz that are functioning on RUE Beltelecom network in the capital and in all regions of the country.

Earlier, Oscilloquartz equipment generating a signal at a frequency of 2048 kHz and 2048 Mbit / s and corresponding to G.812 recommendation was installed in 17 regional centers of the republic such as Baranovichi, Bobruisk, Borisov, Volkovysk, Zhodino, Ivatsevichi, Kobrin, Stolin, Lida, Orsha, Pinsk, Polotsk, Rogachev, Slonim, Slutsk, Smorgon and Novopolotsk.

Network synchronization is necessary to maintain the continuity of information transfer in digital network comprising various switching and transmission systems which are located at different points and are used by all operators. The main function of network clock synchronization (NCS) system is to ensure synchronous operation of the generating equipment of digital communication network. NCS system allows connecting any operator to it, ensuring the required quality of synchronization in accordance with ITU-T recommendations. NCS system is designed for the formation of synchronization clocks of the highest accuracy in the digital network. PRC is a complex of synchronization equipment of the highest hierarchical level which generates synchronization signals at a frequency of 2048 kHz with parameters corresponding to ITU-T G.811 requirements, and information signals of E1 payload (2048 kbit / s).
