OREANDA-NEWS. Mr. Denis Egorov. Deputy Director of FSUE National operator of radioactive waste management took part in the VII-th Coordination meeting of the expert group on continuation of the scientific cooperation in the area of reactor safety and final deposition of radioactive waste, held in Berlin on June 10-12.

The meeting was participated by representatives of Russian and German research and scientific institutions, State Corporation Rosatom and its enterprises, German Ministry of economic development and energy.

By the results of the meeting the parties achieved the agreements on continuation of the activities in research of reactor technology safety and development of research and scientific cooperation in the area of radioactive waste final deposition. Te minutes of the meeting contains the directions for main areas of activities for the near two years.
