OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2015. IBA Group participated in a workshop titled Development Lines of Banking Information Technologies that was held from June 8 to June 10 at the National Bank Training Center in Raubichi, Minsk district. The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the Scientific and Technological Association Infopark organized the event.

Since 2008, the workshop has become an important and demanding platform for discussing informatization and automation of banks for IT departments and companies, and for members of the Scientific and Technological Association Infopark.

Sergei Dubkov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus, opened the workshop.

This year, the main focus was given to digital banking, information resource management, and infrastructure solutions.

Highlights:

  • IBA Group spoke on the IBM FileNet products, including workflow, archiving, credit filing, foreign currency exchange management, and the benefits of IBM Content Foundation platform, alongside with the ECM solutions, developed by IBA for banking systems
  • IBA Group presented a report on the modern technologies of the information resources access control, and shared their experience in integration of such IBM products as IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine and IBM Security Identity Manager.

In sum, approximately 50 specialists from the leading Belarusian banks and IT companies participated in the workshop.
