INTO University Partnerships Chooses Bluewolf

INTO recruits nearly 12,000 students from 128 countries a year to provide remarkable undergraduate, graduate, and exchange student experiences. Specifically in the UK, INTO partners with leading universities including the University of Exeter, City University London, and University of East Anglia. To reach students across varying interests and geographies, INTO needed highly personalised email content to build engagement with students and move them through the lifecycle, from first contact to application, offer acceptance and pre-arrival at the university.
Bluewolf designed a solution for INTO that enabled its existing Salesforce CRM to drive targeted email campaigns. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's data modelling tools, Bluewolf configured the solution to increase personalisation and reduce complexity in creating and deploying multiple email nurture paths. Previously, students with more than one successful application had received multiple emails for each opportunity, risking email fatigue; they now receive one email detailing all of their applications. The email content is available in four different languages for usage in three continents.
