OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its national scale credit rating of 'A' to Tsentr Torgovli (Trade Center) Limited Liability Company.

The rating reflects the company's good-quality assets, strong liquidity metrics, no-debt position, profitable business development throughout the period under review and strategic partners that can provide support in case of distress.

The rating is constrained by the low (although expected to rise in the near term) proportion of equity in Tsentr Torgovli's total sources of funds and the company's heavily reliance on the return from its financial investments, potentially destabilizing its financial performance. The high income base concentration is also viewed as a rating weakness.
