The system of grading posts of IDGC of Centre was highly evaluated by the business community
Within one of the key events of the conference - the roundtable "Ways and means of improving the motivational impact on personnel during the modernization of the industrial potential of Russia" the chief specialist of the organization and motivation Office of the company Yulia Sergeeva had a report on the experience of IDGC of Centre in using the grading system.
She told about the basic assumptions to change the wage system in IDGC of Centre, the work done to adapt the grading technique to the industry characteristics, the experience of the implementation and the first results of its application. In particular, due to the fact that the new system of employee compensation is based on a transparent and understandable assessment of the value of all the posts, taking into account the activity specifics at the maximum, IDGC of Centre was able to build a hierarchy of positions, establish the fair value of the labour, improve the competitiveness of key substantive scarce professions.
The report of the representative of IDGC of Centre was of great interest. The experience of successful implementation of grading was marked as a separate item in the final resolution of the roundtable.
