Carrefour gets two awards in recognition of its practices as an employer!
The competition jury assessed working conditions, compliance with labour legislation, the punctuality with which salaries are paid, employees' professional development and the opinions of external partners. The jury also appreciated Carrefour Poland’s health-focused policy which provides certain employees who have babies with a range of special benefits, facilitates the professional integration of people suffering with disabilities and provides young people with internships and training programmes, as well as implementing motivation schemes and CSR initiatives.

In the retail sector, the national trade section of the NSZZ Solidarity trade union recognised Carrefour Poland for the excellence of its social dialogue with its social partners. The prize was accepted by Justyna Orze?, Head of Human Resources at Carrefour Poland, at the Conference of the European Federation of Retail Trade Unions – the UNI Europa Commerce Conference. This prize is an acknowledgement of the high quality of the social dialogue that Carrefour has enjoyed with the trade union for many years now. Open communication with external partners, employees and customers is all part of Carrefour Poland's culture.
This prize further bolsters Carrefour's good reputation as a leading employer.
