OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2015. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors of June 10, 2015 changes and additions No. 1 (amendments) to KASE internal document " Rules of Admittance of Securities to Circulation in Official List International Financial Organizations Securities Sector" (Rules) were approved.

Amendments will be submitted for approval to the National Bank of Kazakhstan and put into effect after agreement upon with the competent authority.

Amendments have been made in order to update the text of the Rules in connection with the loss of effect of the resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations "On Requirements to Issuers and their Securities, Admitted (Admitted) to Circulation on the Stock Exchange, as well as to certain categories of the stock exchange list" dated May 26, 2008 No. 77, and the order of the Chairman of Kazakhstan Agency for Regulation of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On requirements to issuers whose securities are intended for inclusion or included in the list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center Almaty and to such securities" dated May 8, 2008 No. 04.2-09 / 119 and put into effect by the decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of Requirements to Issuers and their Securities to be Admitted (Admitted) to Circulation on Stock Exchange, as well as to certain categories of the stock exchange list" of October 22, 2014 No. 189.
