Shvabe Will Supply Advanced Medical Equipment to German Hospitals
OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding will supply high-tech neonatal equipment to German healthcare providers.
The negotiations regarding supply of phototherapy systems were held during GNPI-2015, annual international congress of the Society of Pediatricians and Neonatologists held in Stuttgart (Germany). At that prestigious healthcare event, Urals Optical & Mechanical Plan, a Shvabe Holding enterprise acting through Shvabe-Zurich GmbH, demonstrated cutting-edge high-tech equipment, including a neonatal heater and different modifications of a phototherapy irradiator, and also presented its latest microscope MIM-30 to the workers of Klinikum Stuttgart, a hospital in Germany.
Shvabe's partners from the European Union pointed out to a high imaging speed with high-quality images and a wide scope of application of MIM-30 microscopes, from laboratory tests in virology to analyzing optical properties of different lenses, and even for studying large objects.
"Our participation in the congress enabled us to hold negotiations with representatives of German hospitals based in Stuttgart, Bonn, Hanover, Hamburg, Cologne and Dьsseldorf, as well as with representatives of hospitals based in Vienna (Austria) and Bern (Switzerland). We expect to supply Shvabe medical devices to 35 German healthcare centers in 2015," said Anatoly Sludnykh, Deputy General Director for Sales, Foreign Trade and Marketing, Shvabe JSC.
During the congress, the booth of Shvabe-Zurich GmbH was visited by more than 100 specialists from pediatric clinics and perinatal hospitals of Europe, which highly praised the cutting edge medical products of Shvabe.
