OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its 'A-' reliability rating on Energocapital Asset Management CJSC.

The rating affirmation is driven by the company's affiliation with a major investment and financial group, considerable market experience, highly skilled management team and staff, diversified customer base, profitable operations and strong equity adequacy metrics. The rating recognizes Energocapital AM's clear and well-conceived growth strategy, enabling a substantially increase in the company's assets under management (AuM) and improvement of its key performance indicators.

The rating is constrained by decrease in the company's AuM in 2014, modest profitability metrics and low diversification by business line. NRA will monitor the rating based on 1Q 2015 results and take appropriate rating action in case of material changes in the company's key performance indicators.
