OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding demonstrated its new developments at the 13th trade exhibition "Hunting. Fishing. Recreation."

Specialists from Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant JSC (VOMZ JSC), a Shvabe Holding enterprise, presented one of their latest developments, an open collimator sight.

"The sighting device was designed to improve the accuracy of hunting gun aiming at fast-moving targets and has no counterparts in Russia. Its has a wide range of advantages over similar models, including its user-friendliness, light weight, compact size and dimensions, three types of laying mark, manual and automatic brightness adjustment. Recently, consumers have been demonstrating the greatest interest to collimator sights, which can be explained by the aiming speed that can be achieved with sights of this kind," says Vasily Morozov, General Director of Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plan JSC.

In addition to its new developments, the plant also demonstrated popular models of all products it manufactures. The visitors' attention was drawn by a telescopic sight for driven hunting, which enables smooth magnification adjustment from 2x to 10x, and a hunting sight with an enlarged high-aperture lens and variable magnification of 2x to 14x. As usual, night sights were also popular among the visitors.

During the exhibition, the specialists of Shvabe Holding had a number of meetings, including meetings with representatives of relevant trading companies, which are expected to result in new product supply contracts.
