OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its reliability rating on Blagovest Non-State Pension Fund JSC due to expiry of the rating contract. On withdrawal, the Fund is assigned an 'A-' rating based on the results of an analysis conducted on Dec. 31, 2014.

The rating factors in Blagovest's becoming a joint-stock fund in April 2014 and the discontinuation of its membership in the Insured Persons' Rights Guarantee System (IPRGS).

In this connection, the Fund had transferred pension savings under its management to the Pension Fund of Russia and non-government pension funds participating in the IPRGS by May 31, 2015, which caused a decrease in its total pension assets. NRA notes that the Fund has fully performed its obligations.
