OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2015. During the official tender offer to buy up shares in INVL Technology, AB which lasted from 22 May 2015 till 4 June 2015 Invalda INVL, AB acquired 47 shares in INVL Technology, AB with par value of EUR 1.61, for the total amount of EUR 75.67 (without brokerage fee).

After completion of tender offer Invalda INVL owns 504 509 INVL Technology, AB shares, which amount to 8.25 per cent of INVL Technology, AB capital and votes.
