Bei Saville has joined Northern Trust Asset Management as a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Investment Officer for Endowments and Foundations within the Multi-Manager Solutions practice. In this newly-created role, Saville is responsible for managing endowment and foundation investment programs, including the development of investment policies, asset allocation recommendations, risk management, investment manager search and selection and portfolio construction.

Saville brings 20 years of experience in a variety of investment roles, most recently as Director of Alternative Investments at the \\$5.7 billion Helmsley Charitable Trust, one of the largest foundation investment programs in the United States. As an early member of the Helmsley Trust investment office, she developed and implemented the overall investment strategy for the endowment and was principally responsible for alternative asset classes.

Prior to Helmsley, Saville managed the alternative assets portfolio at Pfizer, and worked as an investment officer in the Global Portfolio Solutions group at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She has also held positions at JPMorgan and China National Real Estate Development Group. Saville earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Renmin University of China and an MBA from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. She is a CFA® charter holder and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Saville has served on multiple advisory boards of non-profit organizations and alternative investment funds.
