The rating affirmation reflects the company's affiliation with the large BCS Financial Group and long track record of operations in a market where it consistently holds a strong position.

The rating recognizes BCS Ltd's good business performance, high capital adequacy, extensive and diversified customer base, and well-developed risk management approaches and business processes.

The rating is constrained by some of BCS Ltd's business characteristics, now following a stagnation path.
