The Board of Directors of Jerrold Holdings Limited (the "Board") today announced that Gary Jennison, Deputy CEO, Director of Jerrold Holdings Limited and of Jerrold FinCo plc, and Stephen Baker, Operations Director, Director of Jerrold Holdings Limited and of Jerrold FinCo plc, have tendered their notice of resignation from their respective posts. Subject to a twelve-month notice period, Mr. Jennison and Mr. Baker will continue in their roles until suitable replacements have been appointed.
