OREANDA-NEWS. June 05, 2015. AVTOVAZ started to equip the Lada Largus and the Largus Cross with rear parking sensor as standard. A device, which increases active safety and protects the driver from mistakes, has completed Lux package. The cost of the updated car will start from 569,700 roubles, press service of AVTOVAZ reports.

The new parking radar is similar to that used in Renault-Nissan vehicles and complies with international quality standards. Three ultrasonic sensors are installed to the Lada Largus and the Largus Cross rear bumper. Obstacle detection range is 0.4-1.6 meter with angle of 170 degrees.

The Lada Largus is the most popular estate car in the Russian market, the model is constantly among the top ten best selling new vehicles in Russia. The Lada Largus is the first joint project of AVTOVAZ and Renault-Nissan Alliance.
