The rating of the Company was positively influenced by high results of management of closed-end mutual investment funds surpassing average market equity increment rates, high level of equity adequacy adjusted by regulatory value in relation to operating expenses and medium high level of organization of investment process and risk management.

Impossibility of assigning higher score to reliability of investments of own funds and assets under management of the Company, low results of management of market portfolios and high growth rates of operating payments were highlighted as restraining factors.
