Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 20 May 2015, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Non-bank credit institution Delta Key, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3513-K, date of registration is 18 December 2012) and on the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1215, dated 1 June 2015) to terminate from 2 June 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution Non-bank credit institution Delta Key, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-529, dated 6 March 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Delta Key, Limited Liability Company, or LLC NCO Delta Key Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence'.
