OREANDA-NEWS. Ineos ChlorVinyls completed the sale of its 35.7pc interest in Chinese PVC manufacturer Suzhou Huasu Plastics to Westlake Chemical.

Westlake now holds a 95pc interest in Suzhou Huasu, which operates a PVC resin production plant and specialty film plant outside of Shanghai. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
