OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) changed Sistema credit (long-term creditworthiness) rating outlook from developing to stable. The stable outlook means the likelihood of mid-term rating stability is high. The "supervised" rating status was removed. Rating A+ ("Very high level of creditworthiness") is maintained, the second sub-level.

High liquidity ratios, low share of accounts payable in the liabilities structure and accounts receivable in the assets structure exerted positive influence on the rating of the Company.

The Agency analysts highlighted high currency risks as of 31.12.2014, low level of capital adequacy according to the Agency's estimates and low level of revenue diversification by counterparts.
