ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by resolution of National of Republic of Kazakhstan of May 14, 2015 it was drawn to "administrative responsibility according to part 1 of article 220 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposing of an administrative sanction on it in form of a penalty to the amount of KZT368,367.00".
