The statement of claim submitted on April 28, 2015 at Almaty district court in Astana by citizen D. Kadyrova, received by the Company on May 29, 2015 regarding recovery of amount of insurance payout, forfeit and expenses incurred with regard to payment of aid from the representative to a total of KZT903,519.
