KNR: Regarding recall and election of new managing bodies of AB Kauno Energija

OREANDA-NEWS. June 02, 2015. A Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija, elected by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders recalled Company’s Board on the 1^st of June, 2015 before the end of its’ tenure and elected new members of the Board for four year period:

1. Vytautas Mikaila;

2. Giedrius Bielskus;

3. Algimantas Stasys Anuis;

4. Eugenijus Upuras;

5. Ramnas Gatautis;

6. Nerijus Morda;

7. Justas Jankauskas.
