The rating was positively influenced by high liquidity ratios, absence of currency risks and high quality of investment portfolio of the main counterpart the assets of which are presented by investments to Eurobonds of the largest Russian issuers.

High debt burden level, medium low profitability and efficiency levels, low level of capital adequacy, low level of transparency and absence of formalized development strategy were highlighted as rating-restraining factors.
