OREANDA-NEWS. On May 29, 2015, Sberbank CIB voted in favor of not exercising its right to demand early redemption of Metinvest B.V.'s Eurobonds (2017 and 2018) in connection with the default on PXF loan agreements and Eurobonds (2015).

Sberbank CIB would like to achieve constructive dialog with the company and its creditors and will make efforts to provide comfortable conditions for the restructuring of the loans portfolio. At the same time Sberbank CIB needs to know that the company's creditors also intend to support the lender and are ready to participate in the restructuring of its loans portfolio on mutually acceptable terms.

Sberbank CIB supported the company and approved its Eurobond request, having confirmed the intentions of PXF's organizing banks to take part in the restructuring of the company's entire loans portfolio on acceptable terms. Sberbank CIB is hoping for expedient and successful cooperation with all of Metinvest B.V.'s creditors.
