“The campaign features a fresh look and tone, reflecting Delta's innovative, thoughtful and reliable brand attributes, but maintains the airline's promise of continuous improvement from the Keep Climbing tagline,” said Mauricio Parise, Delta’s director for Worldwide Marketing Communications. “The visuals highlight Delta’s nonstop flight from Sao Paulo to JFK-New York, as well as the airline’s connectivity to innumerable destinations in the U.S. and beyond from its main hub in Atlanta.”
“This ad campaign is designed to strengthen awareness of Delta’s industry-leading travel experience in the Delta One cabin on all flights from Brazil to the U.S.,” said Luciano Macagno, Delta’s director for Brazil. “We are certain the ad campaign will encourage Brazilian customers to fly with Delta to destinations all over the U.S. and beyond through our hubs in New York and Atlanta.”

Furthermore, Delta customers receive SkyTeam Elite benefits, such as priority check-in, priority boarding and preferred seats even when traveling with one of its partners. The airline also moved to Terminal 2 at Guarulhos International Airport in Sao Paulo, which allows for more convenient connections and a seamless travel experience for customers flying with Delta and its Brazilian partner.
Delta is making significant investments to be the best U.S. airline in Latin America and the Caribbean. Brazilian travelers are well-served by the local language options on delta.com and the airlines’ dedicated Portuguese channels on Twitter and Facebook. Delta also has flight attendants who speak Portuguese on every flight to and from Brazil.
