OREANDA-NEWS. The Listing Commission cancels its decision of April 15, 2015 regarding inclusion of ordinary shares BE6277042758 (BE_TETH) of S.A TETHYS KAZAKHSTAN (Belgium) if the second category of KASE official list.

The said decision was taken based on item 22 of the Rules of Defining Amounts, Terms and Payment Procedure for Listing Fees and the like due to non-fulfillment by the issuer of conditions specified in that item, namely: non-payment of the entrance fee and first annual listing fees within 30 calendar days after KASE presented a corresponding invoice.
