OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company SOL RUSI (the city of Moscow);

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Corporation for the Development of the Republic of Komi (the Republic of Komi) placed through conversion of shares of the open joint-stock company Fund for Support of Investment Projects of the Republic of Komi during the reorganisation in the form of separation, state registration number of the issue is

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Agrocomplex (the Republic of Komi) placed through conversion of shares of the open joint-stock company Fund for Support of Investment Projects of the Republic of Komi during the reorganisation in the form of separation, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50384-А;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Services (the Republic of Komi) placed through conversion of shares of the open joint-stock company Fund for Support of Investment Projects of the Republic of Komi during the reorganisation in the form of separation, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50386-А;

to register the issue and prospectus of class A non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed bearer bonds of Mortgage Agent Revival 4, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), placed through public sudscription;

to assign state registration number 4-02-36472-R to the securities issue;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Gals-Finance placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value;

to assign state registration number 1-02-80049-N to the securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Special Economic Zone Alabuga (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-55249-Е ?006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Komineft (the Republic of Komi) placed through public subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-02-00051-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Baltic NPP (the Kaliningrad Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05162-D-002D.
