OREANDA-NEWS. Zagorsk Optical and Mechanical Plant OJSC (ZOMZ OJSC), a Shvabe Holding enterprise, held an annual general meeting of shareholders.

The following resolutions were adopted at the meeting: the Company's annual report for 2014 was approved: the Company's annual financial statements for 2014, including a profit and loss statement (profit and loss accounts) were approved; distribution of net profit generated by the Company in 2014 was approved; it was resolved to pay dividends for 2014; the Company's Board of Directors was elected; the Company's audit commission was elected; the Company's auditor for 2015 was approved; and amendments to certain in-house regulations of the Company were approved.

Sales revenues of ZOMZ OJSC increased by 14.2% in 2014, with net profit up by 133.9%; net profit margin up by 17.2%; and revenue per employee up by 17.9%.

The Company's key targets in 2015 are to build up its sales revenues by 14.5%, net profit - by 14.3% and revenue per employee by 11.2%.
