OREANDA-NEWS. “Forty Ukrainian servicemen who participated in the ‘anti-terror’ operation undergo treatment abroad: 18 – in Germany, 10 – in Romania, as well as in the USA, Lithuania, Great Britain, Greece, Israel, Austria, and Poland.

Totally, 11 NATO nations, including Austria and Israel, proposed their support in treatment of the Ukrainian servicemen. The issue of treatment of wounded in action in Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Slovenia, Great Britain, France, Bulgaria, Lithuania, etc. is under consideration. Totally, 108 servicemen were treated and rehabilitated abroad,” Lt. Col. Oxana Gavrylyuk, Chief of Communications and Press Directorate, reported at a briefing in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre.

Wounded in action undergo rehabilitation and treatment in military medical establishments of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

“Today, 164 Ukrainian servicemen and 3 servicemen of other military formations stay in medical establishments of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine,” Lt. Col. Oxana Gavrylyuk remarked.
