OREANDA-NEWS. The President has signed Law № 475-VIII of May 21, 2015 “On Amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Data about Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (Controller) of a Legal Entity”.

The law provides for the prolongation of terms for the submission of data about ultimate beneficiary owners (controllers) by legal entities registered by November 25, 2014 for four months. It will allow all registered legal entities to comply with the Law.

The law also provides for the exemption from the obligation of submitting data about ultimate beneficiary owners (controllers) for religious organizations, public and municipal enterprises, legal entities, participants of which are solely individuals, given ultimate beneficiary owners (controllers) of such legal entities match with their participants (members).
