The rating outlook was changed from developing to stable. The stable outlook means the likelihood of mid-term rating stability is high.

High probability of support on the part of the owner, high liquidity ratio exerted positive influence on the Company's rating.

Among the factors restraining the rating score the Agency highlighted high level of debt burden, running at a loss and low level of debt obligations diversification.
