OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2015. The Hague Court of Appeal will not order the Dutch Public Prosecution Service to prosecute Rabobank for the irregularities in the Libor case. Stichting Justitia Distributiva's complaint calling for prosecutionhas been rejected. As a result of the court's decision, the settlement Rabobank and the Dutch Public Prosecution Service entered into on 29 October 2013 is final and not subject to appeal.

Rabobank has paid a substantial price for what happened in both financial terms and above all, as relates to our reputation. Our clients and employees demonstrated great resilience throughout this difficult period.

During the past year, we have made considerable progress in improving our internal control mechanisms.
