OREANDA-NEWS. A meeting of the Board of Directors was held at Shvabe - Photosystems OJSC, a Shvabe Holding enterprise.

Several resolutions were adopted, including a resolution to elect Chairman of the Board of Directors; a resolution to determine the fee of the Company's auditor in 2015; a resolution to approve a collateral agreement to the labour contract with the General Director; and a resolution to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company on June 19, 2015.
