OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group announced retail revenue growth of 20.5% in Russian rubles in April 2015, and retail revenue growth of 25.8% in Russian rubles for the first four months of 2015.

For the first four months of 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 85.1 bln (USD 1.4 bln) by 25.8% in RUR (decreased by 26.2% in USD) year-on-year. In April 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 21.9 bln (USD 414.6 mln) by 20.5% in RUR (decreased by 18.8% in USD) year-on-year.

Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 17.7 bln (USD 333.6 mln) by 22.6% in RUR (decreased by 17.4% in USD) year-on-year in April 2015.  

Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.8 bln (USD 52.8 mln) by 13.3% in RUR (decreased by 23.7% in USD) year-on-year in April 2015. The growth was driven mainly by retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets which demonstrated 13.8% year-on-year growth in RUR (decreased by 23.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.3 bln (USD 42.7 mln) in April 2015.

Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.5 bln (USD 28.1 mln) by 10.5% in RUR (decreased by 25.5% in USD) year-on-year in April 2015. For the first four months of 2015, the Company opened 175 stores net, including 32 store openings net in April 2015.

As of April 30, 2015, the Group had 2,370 stores under operation, including 2,241 DIXY neighborhood stores, 93 Victoria stores, 1 CASH store, and 35 compact hypermarkets MegaMart and MiniMart. As of April 30, 2015, the Group increased its selling space by 26% year-on-year to 797,247 square meters.
