PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that Mikhail Rybnikov CEO of the Management Company CJSC PhosAgro AG, Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board OJSC PhosAgro has informed the Company that he has purchased an additional 31,110 PhosAgro shares.

Mikhail Rybnikov now owns 33,450 PhosAgro shares, equal to 0.026% of the Company’s total share capital.
