OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its ‘BB+’ credit rating to Bashkir Production And Construction Company LLC (BPCC).

BPCC’s current rating reflects the assessed market value of land, on which its project is located, as well as potential support from the company’s strategic partners, interested in the project.

The rating is constrained by the small scale of the company’s business, absence of positive financial results and risks related to the current phase of the project implementation. We note BPCC’s exposure to general macroeconomic risks that may affect its financial and operating performance, and the company’s lack of transparency.
