OREANDA-NEWS. Nissan plant in St. Petersburg will start production of the Nissan Qashqai crossover in the fourth quarter of 2015. This was told to AvtoSreda at  Nissan press service, having reminded that the Qashqai is currently imported to Russia from Great Britain. The crossover is available with 1.2-liter 115 hp and 2.0-liter 144 hp petrol engines. Only version with 2.0-liter engine is equipped with all-wheel drive. The Nissan Qashqai prices range from 1.076 million to 1.647 million rubles.

According to Nissan, the company has not decided on plans to introduce the new generation Murano in the Russian market yet.  We should remind, that this spring, the head of Nissan branch in Russia Phillip Sayar said that the company was considering possibility of the launch of the last generation Murano in our country. According to him, if this decision is taken, the new Murano will be put on the production line of Nissan plant in St. Petersburg.
