OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data of the National Statistics Office of Georgia GeoStat, in January-April 2015, foreign trade turnover of Georgia totaled USD 3 015 million (excluding spontaneous trade), by 13% less than in the same period of 2014.

During the period under review, export totaled USD 689 million (by 26% less), while import - USD 2 326 million (by 8% less).

The negative trading balance of Georgia totaled USD 1 637 million, that is 54% of the total foreign trade turnover.
