ServicePower announces New Strategic Partnership with Concirrus

Concirrus, named as a top 10 PAAS (platform as a service) UK company by Cloudscape, and as a Cool Vendor in the Internet of Things 2015 by Gartner, is a leader in the IoT market. Its unique cloud-based Connect platform enables customers to gather and analyse IoT data and use it to improve, disrupt and create innovative businesses and processes.
The partnership creates one of the first to market cloud-based IoT solutions for the insurance sector. Data is collected by the Concirrus IoT platform, where it is instantly analysed and issues identified. These are then reported to the ServicePower's industry leading field service management software which simultaneously schedules an appointment for the insurance adjuster, re-optimising the daily schedule appropriately. The software simultaneously sends the adjuster a detailed report to a handheld device enabling him or her to quickly respond and arrive fully prepared.
